Working through the pantry with a fresh influx of veggies courtesy of Doug.

Upper berth: Blackberries, Raisins, Pineapple. Chickie holds the meds.

Lower berth: Broccoli, Crab Shumai and Grape Tomatoes, Green Beans.

    You go much heavier on the fruits than I do, which looks very tempting. Maybe that’d stop me wanting to snack on other sweet stuff later in my shift too. *ponders*

      I need the sweet and it does keep me from the vending machines. Also, they help when I may not make it to lunch and need a wuick breakfast between meetings. I’m really trying to stay away from processed snacks.
